    Hi, I don’t have access to the shop.
    I get the following error:
    "Service Unavailable - DNS failure
    The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

    I followed all the steps described in the guide from the forum:

    But nothing has changed – it still doesn’t work, both from the game client and from the website.
