    if it achieves 80% in any stagnation .. is it damage or block is it necessary only 80% or if passing 80% will make a difference?

    As for critical and defences the 80% is a top border until the increased numbers count. However if you obtain higher values it may come handy in higher (inf1-2-3) difficulties where when you enter you get a penalty on your stats.

    So the higher the better on every stat.
