    This is an official announcement to let you know that we know of the unresponsive NPC problem affecting some of you and we are looking into it. We know this is a very frustrating issue and that is why the team is working very diligently to ensure that it gets fixed as soon as possible. Please bear a little bit more with us!

    Also, if you are one of our Premium users who had a valid and active Premium membership during the Release 154 and you did not get the pet please note that this is not intended either and it will also be fixed in an upcoming hotfix.

    We apologise for any inconveniences caused to you. We work hard to fix these two problems at the moment.
