Item 8 rank charge in item 0 rank?

    Should it be?
    If I do the item for 8 grade, she in the charge to become a item of rank 0?

    The price is same for any tier.
    I have already recharged the amulet once ... and I will recharge it again with the Anniversary Event lacquer.
    The amulet stays at same tier as it is. If you recharge T8 amulet it will still be T8 after recharging. Stats will remain same.
