    Lately Khalys is dropping only 1 sometimes 2 mystic cube for me.
    is she not supposed to drop at least 3 on Fatal im using
    regular premium.

    Tier is irrelevant to cube drops. Only premium (1 or 2 - me sees) or deluxe premium (2, 3, or 4 - me seen) matters for cube drops.
