    Hello Heroes,

As you might already know, there are players who could not finish their quests and lost progress. For those of you, we will have compensation:
    • Affected players on all servers (except Heredur) receive 1 week premium – those players lost mostly 1-2 days of progress.
    • Affected players on Heredur will get 2 weeks premium – they lost more days of progress than the other servers.
We will not remove any quest rewards from affected players. This includes Andermants and Drakens. Affected players lost a good chunk of progress and we do not deem it a good idea to punish them even more.

Please note: We do not support bug-using, which needs to be punished from our side. But this is another case than the issue that we had in the past during the invasion of Kingshill where players could collect a lot of Andermants over and over again.

This time it is impossible to differentiate between players who really made use of the bug and players who did not even know what happened and just repeated the quest. This decision was not easy to make, but we are convinced that it is the right decision.

The compensations will get booked this week. The exact time will be announced in time.
