    hello, i dont get any lvl bonus chest and i am lvl 78 already. i send an email to support and they said that such thing happen because my account is old. However i ve seen some videos and some of the rewards are really usefull for the new patch to old players aswell, like anxiety shards. any help?

    Hello anemos,

    Just like Support has said, there is no way to get these chests once your character no longer meets the criteria for it. The only option would be to create a new character to obtain it.
