Announcement Major servers issue - Updated

    Dear Heroes of Dracania!

    Our services are experiencing a major issue across all BigPoint platforms and its mostly related to the DNS: while our team is still looking for a permanent fix, you can attempt to change it manually with the following guidelines:

    Google DNS: Use these DNS servers:
    • IPv4: 8.8.8.8 (Preferred), 8.8.4.4 (Alternate)
    • IPv6: 2001:4860:4860::8888 (Preferred), 2001:4860:4860::8844 (Alternate)
    Cloudfare DNS may also be an alternative:
    • IPv4: 1.1.1.1 or 1.0.0.1
    • IPv6: 2606:4700:4700::1111 or 2606:4700:4700::1001

    For Windows 11 users:
    • Settings → Network & Internet → Wi-Fi/Ethernet (your connection)
    • DNS server assignment → Edit → Manual
    • IPv4 ON → Preferred 8.8.8.8, Alternate 8.8.4.4
    • (Optional) IPv6 ON → add the IPv6 addresses above
    • (Optional) Turn on DNS over HTTPS (Encrypted only), choose Google if listed
    • Save

    For Windows 10 users:
    • Control Panel → Network and Internet → Network and Sharing Center
    • Change adapter settings (left)
    • Right-click your active Wi-Fi/Ethernet → Properties
    • Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) → Properties
    • Use the following DNS server addresses: Preferred 8.8.8.8, Alternate 8.8.4.4
    • (Optional) Repeat for IPv6 with the addresses above
    • Ok -> Close

    NOTE: this is just a temporary solution

    After the previous passages, a DNS flush is also advised.
    We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience and hopefully it will be fixed soon.

    Heroes of Dracania!

    We have received numbers of reports regarding server latency, Error 21, 23, and 42 - which we believe is due to maps overloading.

    There is also a bug about Anniversary Ship, unknown errors, and wrong Ancestral Ruins event duration for both Agathon and Tegan server. We are addressing these issues and will arrange compensation soon.

    Please refrain from entering the Anniversary Ship until a fix is deployed.

    After the investigation regarding server latency, Error 21, 23, and 42, we will optimize the server capacity to resolve these issues. Devs team is planning to update the servers on next Thursday.

    The Anniversary event will be extended for 2 days and a compensation code will be distributed next Monday.
