    What your community managers can do:

    Generally speaking, we are the point of contact between the community and the Drakensang Online team. This means, we discuss the various community issues that may arise, such as top wishes, prioritization of bugs, new content proposals, etc, with the development team.

    Some of our duties include the following:​
    • We regularly read the forums to keep track of your interests. We also have an eye open for your feedback and feelings about the game (Bug-Hunting is one of our class specializations as well).
    • We communicate all the DSO information relevant to those interests.
    • We keep the Community Roadmap up to date with the latest information about bug fixes, community features and events (check it HERE!)
    • We maintain our social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, Twitch, etc).
    • We come up with interesting events and contests for all of you.
    • We provide our hardworking and awesome team of moderators with information and updates so they can forward it to you.
    • In the languages we can speak (DE, EN, NL, EL, PT, ES) we also occasionally contact you in person. Otherwise, as usual, the moderator team represents us in the forum in all the languages.
    What your community managers cannot do:
    • We cannot fix a bug or a broken mechanism inside the game – really, we would love to do so but we cannot.
    • We do not make the decisions that could alter certain aspects of the overall game. That is the realm of the developers and designers. What we do is conveying your opinions about existing and potential features and we ensure that they know what you think of them.
    • We do not alter the releases’ codes to produce quicker maintenances for everyone.
    Ok, those are awesome news but, what is actually new?

    We love what we do as community managers – and we want to take it to the next level! You may have noticed that some of your suggestions and feedback already were implemented inside the game, or are going to, and we want to keep in this line of action. Remember, we are your points of contact with the developers and our mission is to maintain this dialogue smooth and fruitful.

    What is more, we want to keep all of you well informed of what is going on behind the scenes and what lies ahead in the future for DSO – and, of course, spice up your journey through Dracania. So expect more Twitch sessions, forum posts, cheerful raffles, contests and events. Sure you will find something of your liking there. ;)

    And without further ado, time to gear up and venture into the wilds again.
