    Hello, This year I started drakensag again after a year's break. However, I am facing a rather serious problem. I noticed that my characters disappeared. Is there any solution? I mention that I was the only person who knew the login data of the account. Thank you!

    since it's the most common mistake, I ask you to check if the chosen server is the one you used to play with.

    If that's not the case, you'll need to contact our support since we can't check anything from here :)
