missing objects

    Today I entered my account and all my objects disappeared out of nowhere in two of my characters I played in the morning and everything was fine but nevertheless I connected in the afternoon and my objects, essences and gems disappeared I am very desperate, I have a screenshot I await your solution please

    I try to contact support but it gives me an error

    Please go to drakensangonline.com and log in. Then click on "Support" in the upper right hand corner to submit a ticket. We are unable to help you with this issue here on the forums. As such, I'll be closing this thread.
