Bug Mounts problem

    Hello.
    I wanted to come back to this game and I got shocked.
    New hud looks great but there was a problem.
    I have no mounts even that I had one in storage and it was one
    bought by black pearls (it wasn't mount for some time, it was a permanent mount).
    I completely lost my motivation to come back to this game. If it gonna be like that,
    that items are disappearing I'm done with this game. Or did anyone know what to do
    in my situation?

    Hello taza325,

    Please check your Collector's Bag first to see if the mount is there. If it's not, then please go to the drakensangonline.com website and log in. Use the Support button in the upper right corner to file a ticket to support so they can look into it. Be sure that there's a valid email address attached to your account so you can get support replies. It will help if you know the name of the missing mount.

    As I'm unable to assist further on the forums, I'll be closing this thread.
