Bug My characters are gone

    I have never really posted in a forum before so m sorry if this post is in the wrong place or whatever
    Now the problem, i had 4 characters on this account and have invested a good amount of time on em
    I played using these chars just yesterday but when i logged in today none of them could b found and the char creation screen was there :/
    It'd be awesome if i could get these characters back cause i spent ages and ages farming and building them in pvp too and it'd suck to have to start all over
    Pls help

    Hi @DrydenBlood

    Make sure you are playing on right server. Change the server to the one where you were playing before.

    I checked and made sure of this
    I've always used heredur and the problem still presists
    Is there anything else i can do?
    I have also contacted the support team
