    I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but for nothing...

    Hello @Bulgaro,

    Try clearing your DSOClient folder, following the standard troubleshooting steps, making sure all your drivers are up to date, and then reinstall the game while running it as administrator. If the issue persists, reply to your support ticket confirmation e-mail and ask the support team for further assistance - you should hear back from your language support within 24 hours.
