NEW MOON EVENT OFFICIAL GUIDE

How to start the event when it’s active
Head to Kingshill and you will find the two-headed witch at the Fairground. These two heads have different names, personalities and shop offers!
Speak with Pummrana to activate the first quest, The Chosen One, which will happen in Blackborg. When you have completed this quest, the other sister, Ceridwen, will give you another quest for you to complete, Freedom Calls, which also happens in Blackborg.
You will realize that Pummrana quite likes the white color, as opposed to Ceridwen, who prefers black.

The sisters’ quests and the token system
After you complete the introductory quests for each head, you will be given the option to complete up to 6 following quests. The trick is, if you choose to complete one quest with one sister, you will be unable to complete that same quest with the other!
Choose carefully as when you accept a quest for either one of the sisters, the other one will not give you that quest! If you complete one quest for Pummrana, she will give you a White Token; if you complete a quest for Ceridwen, you will get a Black Token.

Accessing the boss maps
In the end, when you have completed the 6 quest row, you will be given the option to pay either 3 White Tokens to unlock Karabossa’s boss map OR 3 Black Tokens to unlock Magotina’s boss map. This decision is also important because if you decide to unlock one of the boss maps, the other one will not be accessible during that monthly event!
Once you have paid the token price, head to Blackborg again and you will see that you have either an entry to the White Queen’s Frozen Realm (where Karabossa lives) or an entry to the Black Queen’s Gloomy Realm (where Magotina lives). Each entry will cost you 1 Magical New Moon Scroll which can be obtained through the main progress bar of the event.

Battling the bosses
Karabossa and Magotina are both interesting opponents with a lot of good loot – however, they are immune to your attacks! Similar to our past events, you will need 50 Fairy Wood units to eliminate that immunity and start inflicting damage on them. Therefore, we highly recommend you not accessing any of these boss maps if you do not have enough Fairy Wood!

Check the item list down below to see what possible rewards you can obtain from these foes.
Once you have slayed either Karabossa or Magotina for the first time in a month, you can always return to that map to keep on farming them.

Each New Moon event gets a reset!
When a new month comes, the quest system and the boss maps will reset. This means that for each month you can decide which boss map you want to access, depending on which one you want to farm. And don’t worry: each Token you do not use will be stored in your inventory for the next month!

What you can do when the event is inactive
When the event is not active you can still play in Blackborg. Collect 10 Realm Fragments from worthy opponents and give them to Thabo for a Realm Path to Blackborg. You will find Ninkasi, a NPC with a quest for you. You can also farm Fairy Wood from Gnarled Wood Walkers.

Special conditions of these items:

• Each item can be crafted from Tier 1 to Tier3 following the normal rule (4 items of the same category and tier make for an item of the next tier). You can always use the workbench for this purpose. Or you can purchase the other tiers by Pummrana and Ceridwen as well.

• All these six items form part of the Twin Queen Set, which gives you different bonuses per class and per number of items equipped WHEN you have these items in Tier 3 only! Hover over the items in the Event notification window when the event is active to know more!
