Support Newsletter containing misleading information

    In the last Newsletter message there was an ambiguous statement regarding the Bonus Code contained there: WISDOMFREE.

    The e-mail is in Polish, but I don't think that is a problem... Everyone can notice something is wrong with the expiration date. "valid until 31 10 June 2018" What's that supposed to be? A riddle? A lottery? I briefly looked at it, thought the second numer is a mistake (didn't even think at the time there is nothing like 31st of June) and acknowledged it is valid until the end of June. I had little time to play by when I got the mail so I tried to claim it when I had more time, that was exactly 11th of June, and it responded that the code had expired... Well, I didn't expect it at all. So the first question is, are you all getting such well-made newsletters or it's a special treat for polish players? Do such "professionals" exist only in my country or they are all around the world? If the other language versions had that one written the right way... Who is the translator who writes the Polish version? A kid from the 1st grade? For sure that person can't be named a competent employee, and normally, in any company, such an unqualified employee who delivers a faulty information to the customers would pay for his mistake as soon as a responsible manager was informed. What will I get the next time? Three different expiration dates? I tried writing to the polish support team, but they refused to help me anyways. I'm not allowed to quote anything, but I have a strange feeling (don't know for sure)... isn't it the support team who translates the newsletters?

    If I cannot get the contents of the code nor any sort of compensation...
    Let the world know at least that such things are happening!

    Always claim bonus codes as soon as you can.

    Well... I thought that what a serious company writes to players is something more than random numbers. Anyways, it's unfair that in one country there are people who at least write announcements the right way and in another country the employee of the very same company writes random crap to people... What's that supposed to be? Who are you employing, Bigpoint? 5-year old kids?

    If the polish translator is incompetent and you (BP) don't want to do anything about that, and I cannot get even any compensation for that translator's mistake, can my account main language be changed to English so that I can get, at least, trustworthy information in the future?

    Well, you made the mistake of thinking that BP is a serious company
    No, they aren't employing 5 year old kids, 5 year old kids wouldn't make the mistakes BP had made

    I suggest you follow the facebook page, the english forum and the wiki and even their instagram page
