Bug not bug, but d3derr how to fix?

    cant log in due to d3derr interface not available, grap0hics thread interface. how can i fix this?

    This is a direct x error. The computer is not able to create a direct 3d device.

    In the past I've found windows update and getting update drivers for my video card to help. The net frame work was the update that seemed to fix part of it but I still had to install drivers after the update. Make sure if you have an older net frame work you install video drivers after that.

    when trying login i get this message::
    Neb 3 application error
    D3D RenderingDevice::SetUp Adapter () has failed with 'D3Derr-not available'
