I can't put Rufio's Halloween candle. The option to convert doesn't appear. I opened a support ticket and they told me that this is where I can solve this type of problem in the game. I'm taking the opportunity to request a repair on the boss's drop. The voucher doesn't drop, I bought the cloak just for that reason and since the event started the drop has remained below expectations. I collected 25 more from daily quests, bar progress and bonus code. Can someone help me?

we have answered this a billion times both here and on the discord. Jesus crist. If you asked the area chat in Kingshill , they would have answered too. To turn pets into vouchers you have to have that specific pet in the collectors bag first or else you cant convert it to vouchers

 

You shouldn't have to answer it a thousand times, but it should be clearly written, clearly stated, so that if someone new comes along, they shouldn't bother asking!
Maybe this should be clarified here and on Discord!

Ancient Ruins Event EDIT You can tell everything in the game is already paid for

floor 6 is bugged, I can't do nothing, only die and return to city. I tried 2 time, I lost 12 pass.
The game is headed to pay to play day by day.
Who will want to pay for bug over bug?
very angry today, sorry.

 

1) Event progress bars are way too long.
2) Dragon Crest components are not dropping properly in the event maps, and DONT DROP AT ALL from normal bosses .
3) Season pass didn't make the live server.
4) So far nothing interesting for mid-end game players.

I hope the devs do something to fix the event .

 

Ok why does Bigpoint do this. You said in the news letter that Challenge passes could be bought with Draken from Grima, not there. I see from some of the posts from other players that some of the floors are glitched.

No one I have spoke to is getting the frags for the quest killing the bosses. Is that a glitch also or just a horrible unfair drop rate. Does Bigpoint really think players are going to spend hundreds of dollars for ander to do an event and have nothing to show for it. Again Bigpoint does not get risk versus reward.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Why in the world do you even release the event with so many errors it is crap before it even starts. SMH

 

you can buy passes from Gnob, 20 per day. And you are right , this event is useless

 

@G-Rico, post: Thank you I will look at Gnob. News letter said Grima. Which explains why things are so bad with this game. Bigpoints lack of communication. MOD's don't get paid they work for free. Bigpoint gets free labor and they still can't keep their customers current. It would have took half a minute for a MOD to post in forum a correction.

 

There is an error on the 6th floor. Skills do not work, it is impossible to hit mobs, or even jump out when they surrounded you from all sides. Forced to leave and lose 6 entrances.

 

I don't think it's a mistake, you have to move away from the small altar or kill the mobs before approaching the altar. It's the same on the other altars in the level. I think DSO wanted to add difficulty by putting traps like fireballs or rotating lasers

 

Were you able to enter floor 6 without any problems? Then I have to deduce that there are Serie A and Serie B players...

 

yes, no problem doing floor 6. It was just a little harder because the traps were new. No bugs from floor 1 to floor 10. I had already done it last time and this time all the entries were unlocked from the start. I could have gone straight to level 10 but there was a quest to do again

 

there wasn't the bug last time, the bug is now. Go to floor 6 and you can see how to lose 6 pass ...

 

I didn't express myself well. I also did all the floors with this event and had no problems. Several players on YouTube didn't have a problem either. Maybe it's because we did it last time, I'm just guessing.

Afterwards, I often have lag problems and 42 errors that many players don't have.

 

The error 42 and the lag is an other problem,it depends on the time of play and the turnout of players in the game. If the error in floor 6 does not affect all players equally then there is something wrong with their databases, I would hate to think that some players are favored more than others............................................
