    so if i do this mission i need to go to rootrock caverns but when i get in it say cant find mission target re-enter map and it keeps happening the same time over and over again i have tried to kil every mob in the map then if he spawns but that doesnt work aswell is the map bugged or is it the quest

    The quest is bugged ... it is already fixed on TS with R212. You will have to wait for the new release.
