    Hello,

    I joined the game a few days ago and played it I enjoy the game, so I bought my first starter pack when I was offered it, however when I leveled to level 6 and 10 I never received the offer to buy the packs, I contacted support and told them about this glitch and they would not give me the offer nor compensate for this technical error, let alone refund me for the first pack...what should I do? I think it's only fair to allows all players the opportunity to take advantage of packs no matter how small the advantage I looked around the forum and saw others having this problem in the past so I'm very confused about why this hasn't been fixed and why the support team are so rude about it.
