Support Payment with Bitcoin bug

    For some time now I've been buying game packs with Bitcoin (criptocoin). I used the wallet blockchain to carry out the transactions, never had a problem. But I'm trying to buy the event packages now, and when I read the wallet address, to send the funds, it says that the bitpay url is not supported, or can not be read. Are they no longer accepting bitcoin, or is it some bug?
