paysafecard login doesnt connect with shop of dso

i have 50% reducing offer on 114k andermand.
i had a code of 50 euro uploaded to my paysafe card login.

while i go ingame shop and continue that offer with paysafe, i typ in my username and password of my paysafecardlogin and enter.

then i can wait for 15-30 min it doesnt connect with my account and i cant pay.
that bar needs go green with a wink and that doesnt.

i checked already on the real website of paysafe and there are no problems.
i reported also on support but maybe you answer faster

Unfortunately, I had the very same problem some weeks ago and, as far as I tested today, it is still happening.
However, you can try to pay via Scan2Pay. It worked for me.

1. Make sure you have enough money in your My Paysafecard account.
2. Purchase the offer you wish and select Paysafecard as a payment method.
3. As "Payment with My Paysafecard" is not working (it loads, but it doesn't connect), select the "Payment with Scan2Pay" option.
   • Make sure you have the Paysafecard app on your mobile device.
   • Select the Scan2pay option on your mobile device and scan the QR code shown in the payment window (in Drakensang).
   • Confirm the transaction data.
