Support pls fix Tegan

    my main toon has been unable to enter game for days :(

    cannot play :(

    my other toons can play but are too weak to use

    Unfortunately It looks like Bigpoint Doesn't care about Tegan. Like you I can log on to my alt toons. But not my main toon for almost 3 days now. Lost my streak of 13 years logging on every day. Like usual support doesn't response to my trouble ticket let alone fix any thing. Jeff might be time we take our little group and join Doc on Path of Exile.

    Jeff, Login to any toon you can. Once you are in city, close the window - do not log out - just close the window. ( By closing the window, it auto logs you out) Then login again. At the screen where you usually click on your server selection, you should see a "PLAY" button. Right above that, in small text is the "log out" click that and close the window again. Wait @ an hour and log in, check to see if that cleared your main toon.
    Can not guarantee that this will work, but its what I did when my main got caught in the same trap.

    Thnx Doc that worked I am back in. Although I lost my thirteen year streak, starting from day one on the dailies. Probably sounds stupid but starting from day one kinda takes the addiction out of it, Its like being a newbie. Feels like no point of Logging on every day now, I down loaded Lost Ark.

    thanks to Support all toons working again / for now anyway as Tegan still needs work

    how to get away from 'ANNIVERSARY SHIP' all my toons stuck there since yesterday :(:( always get conection failed when tryng to get in to DSO
