    Hey, is it normal for support to take 3 days for my ticket? And one day in bettween they'r questions after I answer them in a minute..

    It varies. Can be the same day, can be one day, can be 3 days, can be 2 weeks... depends on how much time they have and what is your case. Remember that they're essentially player volunteers (and they're the forum mods from the language section).
