Support Price Hike, Support Doesn’t Help, and Now I Can’t Even Pay

    Hello everyone,
    I'm creating this topic to report a frustrating issue with my Drakensang account, hoping to get some help or at least bring attention to the situation.
    For a long time, I made in-game purchases at the regular prices. However, out of nowhere, all prices on my account were increased by up to 55% compared to what I used to pay — which immediately seemed suspicious.
    I submitted several support tickets trying to solve this. The first one was in English, and I was told that support would only assist in the language of my account. I’m from Brazil and I speak Portuguese, so I sent a new ticket in Portuguese — and got the same answer, with the ticket simply closed. I then tried other languages (Spanish, Italian, even German), but none of them worked. Eventually, support just started ignoring my messages altogether.
    I compared prices with friends who play on the same server, and their prices are completely normal. I'm the only one facing this increase.
    Even so, with the arrival of the "Undefeatables" event, I decided to buy a 30-day Premium package — even knowing I'd be paying significantly more than anyone else I know. But when I went to make the purchase with my credit card (which is active and works fine), I got an error message. Upon further investigation, I realized the credit card payment option had been removed from my account without any warning or explanation.
    Now, I only have a few alternative options available — all of which involve foreign gift card websites that I don’t feel safe using. So now I can’t even make overpriced purchases because they blocked my payment method.
    Support still refuses to help, and I’m completely stuck. If anyone here has easier access to support or knows a better channel for resolving issues like this, I’d really appreciate the help.

    "I have recently applied to purchase 48000 Andermant, with my Visa card on Friday 9th May 2025.
    cost of $37,99 USD ($67.66 New Zealand dollars)
    I completed all the details to purchase the amount I required. activated the *Sent* action.

    THE AMOUNT of 48000 ANDERMANT , WAS NOT ALLOCATED TO MY SW ACOUNT kiwigal1~On TEGAN SERVER

    I then received a reply back to re-apply again as the action was unable to be completed.!!!!, or contact Support. !!!!!
    I checked my bank account and saw the amount of $67,66 applied for had already been charged to my account..
    I rang my bank And informed them that I wanted to cancel that transaction. However as it was after hours their was nothing they could do.

    The amount had already been taken out by "Bigpoint*Bigpoint.Com DE"
    A total of $66.01 NZD. !!!!!!

    THIS IS VERY CONCERNING.. to have MONEY taken from my account by "Bigpoint*Bigpoint.Com DE" ...
    WITHOUT supplying the amount of the purchase =48000 andermant. to my Spell Weaver. Kiwigal1 on Tegan's Server

    I did NOT activate another application to purchase the andermant as that would mean I would be double charged
    I have since sent 3 support tickets (clarifying my old Yahoo Email account, no longer existed, was now replaced with *gmail.com*

    A Copy of all the details to Support including the Bank statements and report to my bank have been kept o file for future reference.

    As of 9/05/25 -to- 14/5/25 I have NOT received a response from support or Drakensang Online.
