Problem with DSO Support

    Recently, I had a problem that I mailed my language support about. They replied that it can't be done for technical reasons and closed the thread. I thought - it's ok, at least they explained it, then I'll ask them for a slightly different compensation (well, not exactly "compensation", but kind of). It seems they haven't even read it, they replied again with virtually the same message that was adressing the first demand (not the second). I attempted to reply, reminding them that this time I was asking for a different thing, but it turned out they had closed this thread too. So, I messaged them once more, trying to make myself clear with what I am asking for... and was said that I am opening "new threads about the same thing instead of waiting for reply"... You what?

    I tried to make a complaint (to the very same language support) about what was happening (I didn't even mention the exact problem I had, just the way I was treated)... to my surprise, I didn't get a reply to the complaint, but instead a copy-pasted reply from the second question, which wasn't adressing the complaint at all.

    Now, my question is, what can I do?
    My language support doesn't even read my messages, and making a complaint about them to them doesn't really make sense. Can I at least change my basic account language, never to have to talk to them anymore?

    What language support did you contact?

    Sadly, it was not English. It was the Polish support.

    Edit: If I have just changed language in my account settings, will I be allowed to write to English support now?

    As I promised,
    Change your language settings to English, then send in another ticket to English Support.
    Write your ticket in English and include the ticket numbers for the previous ones you already sent to Polish Support.

    Did it all... and it didn't work out, the only reply I got was that I should message my language support...

    In the contemporary world, if one wills one can change citizenship, nationality, gender, even age (lately there were such occurences).
    But here, I can't even change the language of support I am messaging.
