    Hello @Popistasu and welcome to DSO English forum.

    No one from BP will ask you to pay money and make threats they will compromise your PC's data and release it in public you if you don't pay the money.
    If you owe money to BP they can take legal actions and get the money, they don't need to make threats to anyone.
    You are probably a victim of "ransomware". Your PC and your private data/credentials are your responsibility and you should take good care of them.
    Blocking your account as a precaution, until the issue is getting solved, is a standard procedure and it is being enforced for your own safety.
    Keep in touch with your language support team and follow their instructions.
