pvp vs pve levels

When I pvp I gain fame but also blue tree exp goes up which i dont like as i dont wanna be too high a level for pvp.

is there any way to go around this - stop blue tree exp and lvls go up from only pvp'ing?

Not really. Only way to do that is to stop dealing damage. Letting exhaust kill people and such...

 

Group with 6lvl higher player and go pvp. You wont get exp, but opponents will always be higher lvl than you. But if you have a strong toon there thats not a problem. Good luck.

 

My toon is just average. But When I see other chars and what they can pull off I'm absolutely astonished, e.g. I have seen spell weavers going blow for blow with warriors and ...win.

I had a little chat yesterday with clvl 12 ardent legionnaere SW (btw, I'm also clvl 12 SW but low pvp rank) and he / she gave me their stats at clvl 12 and the stats were more or less 650 life, 200 armor, 160 all res 100 base dmg.

It strikes me as a little bit too high for clvl 12...

No wonder I get 1-shotted so quickly sometimes that I dont even know what hit me.

I need to upgrade my eq now but the problem with farming is I dont want to be too high a lvl but it is difficult to find high level party to go with.

 

Perhaps that player bought alans gear, or got his hands on legendary items. Or he got a lot of gems.

 

Usually people who do pvp at a low level always get alans gear and gems.

 

hello, im a big fan of low level pvping hardly any flag bearers no marshals and such. much less p2w players as well.

My pvp toon is Killerclown69 on agathon server. She is a DK lv 24 Knight of the order. lv 35 fame. Pure free to play as well. It took alot of hard work farming the king in crypts , having guild members take me farming and such so i dont gain any xp. The only xp I want is from killing others in the ring.

Her shield is upgraded to lv 46, the sword is weak only around 120-148 damage no ess. The defense is insane. 66% armor value, 58% block rate, 73% block amount. Hp at 2358. The toon is a animal to say the least a pure 5v5 monster. I have screen shots for giggles of p2w players being slaughtered by the clown in duels or 5v5. I mean some have full ander gear and still get killed. I have noticed the players that spend big bucks on gems will beat me. Mainly On rubies. I know so cause i cant judge by how much they hit on me. lets say a lv 19 centurion dk hits 40-50 tops on me. well he is not spending or not spending much . Lets say same level player same rank maybe alittle higher hits 300+ on me he is a heavy spender no doubt. with my armor stats that shouldnt happen

The point of me talking about this is You can be a beast without spending Dont let BP take your cash lol it is a f2p game after all.

and yes levels 25+ fame count or are used in pve.

btw fyi as you upgraded your shield to lvl46 they can upgrade their wand/sword/bow to lvl 46 or higher without spending a buck hence hit you as hard. Nice stats for lvl 24 dk though cheers

 

I doubt people upgrade their weapons that much as weapons are way more expensive to upgrade and barely improve. It's just that they have a lot of gems. Even getting full damage items at that level would not be enough. 5 left side legendary items with 16 damage each = 80 damage + say 60 damage from weapon = 140 total base damage which is not enough damage for those high hits.

 

well it doesn't have to be weapon to get high dmg it could be ring, crystal belt, amulet take your pick I did have a crystal I upgraded from lvl 24 or 25 don't remember. found it running in pos and id it on whim and turned out full dmg with 4 slots and became 82 dmg @46 never actually upgraded it fully or used it but ....

 

I get that... low level characters can get level 6 rings and upgrade them to 45 to get 24 damage for each enchantment. But this is still really expensive, and while it isn't very difficult for endgamers to get the GoP, low level characters would have a lot of trouble with it.

Of course a very diligent F2P can do this, but a it would be a heck of a lot easier to just buy gems.
