So I guess everyone who knows the game a bit knows that DKs, rangers and dwarfs are kinda being forced to use the Q7 set. Of course, it's possible to create a build without it - but it will never reach the strength the Q7 build can have. Therefore I am suggesting a revamp of the set for the said classes, and for mages too, for the set to be in line with the versions of the other classes.

The first three set bonuses as well as the unique values and default enchantments of the items should stay the way they are now, with only the main set effect changed.

    Dragonknight:

    Set Bonus:
(2): Cooldown of Ground Breaker reduced by 5 seconds.
(2): Critical hits with Smash have 33% chance to stun enemies for 3.5 (PvP: 2.0) seconds.
(2): Critical hits with Mighty Wild Swing will make your enemies "Burn", suffering 100% of your base damage as Fire damage over 2 seconds.

    Spellweaver:

    Set bonus:
    (2): Removed cooldown of Meteor.
(2): Mana costs of Fireball reduced by 15 mana.

    Ranger:

    Set bonus:
(2): Explosive Arrow has no concentration costs, instead getting a cooldown of 5 seconds.
(2): Cooldown of Net reduced by 5 seconds.

    Steam Mechanicus:

    Set bonus:
(2): Removed cooldown of Special Shot.
(2): Cooldown of C14 Micro Rocket reduced by 10 seconds.

Each of these seems like a fair deal to me. Ranger gets free armor break (on top of which he can deal damage with PS, which anyways is more efficient concentration-wise) and reduced cooldown of net, which with the gloves' burning effect and the new group effect often comes in handy. Dwarf gets removed cooldown of Special Shot, which often gets annoying, and reduced cooldown of a stunning+armor breaking skill. Mage gets a high-damage skill against icy bosses (as well as keeps some of the fireball costs reduction but not as big as can create semi-infinite spam). And last but not least, Knight gets a set that can compete with Q4, with bleeding replaced by fire, but not overpower the latter.

I hope you understand that such changes are needed.

Yes to the need of revamp. Q7 is a mistake.

I can't speak for other classes than RA:
Do I understand it right that RA's bonuses imply that you can only use one concentration-free EA per Net hit? Interesting. Considering they'd get a free EA every 3 or 4 seconds or so... The +150% of base dmg bonus, did you leave it out on purpose, or did you just forget to include it?

I don't understand what is the big deal about Q7 set. Yes, I get the point that it is better than any other sets. So, other sets should get some love. Instead of killing the Q7 set.

Also, it is not other peoples fault that You have not done Your research onto weapons and chose to build on another weapon. Now You are trying to ruin everyone's game play because You made a mistake.

I guess it's just easier to "kill" q7 than to make all other sets better only to bring them on the same level of q7... It'd cause way more problems. More changes, more issues.

Are you ppl out of your mind?? You cannot simply say "kill q7 ranger set"!! Do you know how many times I had to buy that wep to get golden dmg line?? Do you know how many gold I gave to craft decent lege wep?? And no, I did not just wait 4xgold line, I crafted it 3 times to q7 wep.

Can you show some respect to other players, and their spent time in game??

You will never have fair game if your ego speaks everytime you open your mouth!!

Yes, I am crafting lege longbow, I am trying to get away from q7, but there is no good and interesting uniqe longbow to be used. Yes, I choose q7 by myself, cuz thanks to q7 I got in groups looong time ago when ppl was searching only for dwarfs.

Suggest some ides with new sets, weps. Stop asking for nerf. This is disrespectful to many players.

Can you all just stop making ideas with the Q7 set please?

We dont need to demolish a set which is work just fine almost for everyone +-.
All we need is more sets, variety..

This is the reason why Q7 will never be revamped. Devs have created a monster, but they can't go back. They'd lose too many players...

But really not all changes done to the q7 set must necessarily kill the set. Q7 is over powered. Weakening it in a reasonable way wouldn't necessarily mean nerfing it.

Yep, but I'm really afraid the devs will never re-work other sets just to make them competitive with q7. It'd mean too much work for them :/ I hope I'm mistaken, though. I'd be fine with leaving q7 as it is if other sets get a good boost. I tried to suggest rangers' q4 rework a while ago after all...

But why some ppl wants to get q7set nerfed/weakened?? Why are some ppl bothered with my faster farm?? Just use the set for yourself. Set without craft is nothing.

If PVP is problem, I must say q7set is not OP there. That thing where EA explodes without hitting anything is making set better, but it works on pure luck.

Just leave the q7 set as it is. Stop with all ridiculous suggestions of rework. Did you try it for yourself?? Or you just watch yt videos or see ppl in game, where you do not even know their hero status (how much time is played, how much money is invested, what crafts someone have, how many melt, gems...etc...).

Every set without crafted legends is bad.

OP items make imbalance => everyting else is crap. There's no point having 20 different bows in the game, equally hard to obtain, if Herald's bow is so much better.

Personally I don't care much about PvP, but you are right - Q7 doesn't grant you victory at all.

Why some of us are mad about Q7 users?
Because they have much easier lives for the same amount of resources (gold, materi).
They farm faster and everyone respects them. They don't get kicked from groups and nobody insults them.

Why not purchasing Q7 for myself?
Because just like you, I have already invested too much into a different set.
I don't want anyone to be harmed because I was too stupid to have made a bad decision. That's why I'm for boosting the other sets so they are no longer utter garbage in comparison.

The idea is good, but those new bonuses, it's a nerf to q7's gun.

The best would be to improve the set of q4 and henomago, for example this last henomago is good with its 100% + dmg bonus, but the base damage is less that makes you lose against q7, if we leave the henomago weapon with base damage like q7 and q4, so there would be more people with henomago weapon, however the game would still be broken by the damage...:D

At the bottom line, what balance even mean?

1h to become 2h, all other 2h to become q7, leading to many q7sets with different name and different skin?

Call me stupid, but I have no idea what kind of balance players want. In many games you have different sets, players find the best combo, and voila, everyone others follow that build. I spent a lot of time reading forum, talking with people in game, to see what is the best to use and how to play.

By the way, I have a great in-game friend who experiments with many sets. And he so far said that even khaly set, or predator, or q9 work on inf3. Ye, it takes little longer, but it is playable, and it works fine.

The problem is in players heads, everyone wants to be the best, and others to be worse. No one have patience to play even 3min longer than usual. Fast kill, go go, fast, 30k dmg++, no noobs, q7 set only.

maybe if Bp provided a system of transfer of crafts between uniques this would be more viable, but contrary to what you say no, nerf the q7 would be a serious error because many players worked for months to obtain these items, and even more months to craft it, just for example : today a friend came happily telling me that he had finally crafted his weapon after 4 months of work, do you think he, a new player, would continue to play if the set was nerfed? the answer is no, and many players think the same. I see what happened to the warriors, many friends stopped me and today I see much less active, think what would happen if Bp nerf a set that all 4 classes and all levels use to disable it.
Now my personal opinion, yes I think that the q7 could receive a nerf, it would be good to vary the style of game, after all I already have a weapon to craft in another that becomes the new best kept in my bag, but thinking in mine friends who worked so hard to get and many are still working, who could stop playing, I will vote 'no', since fortunately my parents taught me not to be selfish and I particularly do not like to play alone.
But anyway the idea remains for the transfer of craft between unique as an addendum.

I don't know what do others want, but I myself want it to be so that there is no set that is outstandingly better than others. And that's the case now. Any other build without the Q7 set for the dwarf or ranger is simply a lot weaker. For the knight in fact the Q7 set is also way stronger than that with Q4.
How nerfing one set that stands out too much to make it not-that-stronger than others makes it the same as others? The special effects stay different.
That's called bandwagoning. Also, I'll put the mage as an example. Recently it's been found out by many SWs that Q4+Q1+Q1robe combo is the best possibility. But you (especially that you're a ranger) may have not heard about it. Why? Because, while being better than other possibilities it is not a few times better, making every other build inferior. Other builds can still have good results, this includes ones using the Q7 set. And that's what I'd like to see in case of three other classes. It's impossible to make every build equal, because every build is different than others. But no build should be significantly better than all the others. Of course, there can be stuff that can't be useful at the so-called high end, eg. Untouchables. But there can't be one "high end" build that is far, far better than every other possibility.
    Nothing to add...

And now a reply to everyone at once...
A knight with Q7 set jumps at a champion, hits him with ground breaker (hitting some surrounding regular mobs at once) and in one second packs 5 smashes into the champion (while usually 2-3 smashes are enough for one champ/leader), having still 2 seconds of the buff to finish the horde with some wild swings.
A knight with Q4 set... jumps at a champion, and what? Stacks some bleeding at him and then tries to deal some damage? Killing such a champion takes at least double the time.

And knight still has a better Q4-Q7 balance than dwarf and ranger...

You guys are blinded with fear you could lose your OP advantage. You don't see the big picture: The game has become uniform. It's usually considered a major flaw in RPG's if there is only one optimal build and the rest is trash. Q7 in context of the rest of the sets out there is a game design fail.
