    hello

    I contacted support for the problem of this quette

    a faint hope

    support asks me to be connected to solve the problem
    but the thing is that they respond in 24 hours
    I don"t understand I have to stay connected until the problem is solved?

    No.. what they mean is you must be logged into your DSO account from the website page (Drakensang Online) log in to your account then send a ticket in through the website support tab..
