    hello. I want to ask how it is now with the runes of power. can they no longer be used to level up items? when I'm at the blacksmith's, I no longer have this option. Has it been canceled yet? sorry for my english, I'm from another country.

    Yes, you can no longer level up any items. The runes are now only used as a currency for some crafting recipes (items creation, enhancement transfer etc.).
