Same response from support

    I clicked English support and that from previous posts link and still same damn answer What do I do???

    If the English Support told you that you need to contact the responsible Support team, that is because you must have registered your account with some language other than English. Contact the Support team that matches the language your selected when you registered for the game. If you don't remember, reply to your existing ticket and ask them what language your account is registered with.
