    Dear Heroes of Dracania,

    The Team is aware of the current server issues and is investigating the source of these issues.

    While it cannot be ruled out that the issues may be related to the network issues with the Bigpoint servers that happened during the weekend,
    the team is working closely together with the forum moderators and Customer Support Team to collect data of affected users. With this we are able to detect the issues and fix it as soon as possible.

    If you face sudden issues like a high ping, disconnections, problems entering the game etc.
    please provide detailed information to the support such as the exact timestamp, internet provider, logfiles from the DSOClient folder, DxDiag etc. Please, read our guide here.
