Announcement Server Tegan Connection issues [Update]

    Hello Heroes,

    We noticed multiple players have been complaining that they cannot connect to server TEGAN. While here in central Europe we did not detect any issue with the server we stumbled upon this:
    The route from Mexico (Guadalajara) to the datacenter in Ashburn was checked and we found problems of the provider Axtel. Any player using Axtel as Internet Service Provider will have problems connecting to gameserver Tegan, cause this provider got high packet loss from up to 54%. Our checks show some minor packet loss from San Francisco and Miami too, but only up to 8% but even this could cause problems for some customers.​

    If you are affected by this issue then please contact the support of Drakensang Online and state the following details:​
    • Operating system of your PC or MAC
    • Physical Location
    • Browser that you are using (in case you play DSO via browser)
