    Hello .

    I would like to know how to get the recipe to improve anxiety shards? I seem to have done all the quests, I am wandering in most of the zones but I can't find any new quest. Please help me.

    There's a quest from NPC Annagreth Everly in the Splintered City of Cardhun. She will make you upgrade a bunch for a quest. Once you finish the quest, you can buy the recipe from Salvendor in Cardhun.
