Yes, I have been thinking of taking off the 10 points from concentration for a while. I think I'll wait for my gems to evolve into radiant at least to carry me off to 6k hp. For now, I'll get my speed to the next break point because its tempting. Here is the stats with 8 more points on speed and 2 points on hp.

EDIT: DPI went from 8.4k to 9.1k now
By the way, how do I know that the speed hasn't been rounded off. When I take one point off speed, my speed is 1.48. Taking off one more I get 1.46. I cannot tell the difference through mere observation. Any good way to test it?

 

The next break point is 1.579/1.481 ... so the best thing for you is to get your attack speed to 1.61 (just to be sure).

EDIT: the previous break point for the hunting arrow is 1.429 ... you are at 1.481 break point for PS/EA/DB

BTW these are some of my items that I don't use (since I don't PVP after R155).

 

Those are some rare stats.

The gloves that I use is pretty much similar to this. On boots, I have 3 lines of damage and 1 line of HP. As for longbows, I don't think attack speed would be much efficient for PvPs either. I find it much harder to kill DKs with a shortbow than longbow.

 

I don't use shortbow ... I just thought that bow is worth showing off XD.
I am using longbow for both PVE and PVP (at least before R155). ATM I am very close to achieving 2.00 attack speed with longbow ... only by using gloves and sapphires (no rings, set bonus, King's Helmet, knowledge points ... etc). together with something over 3K base damage is a way to go for me. Only thing i miss is better bow than my current one (which I am using since the Myrdosch expansion).
ATM I am looking for longbow with +25% attack speed and +75% weapon damage. XD
And i will get it ... since i am getting only crap in the past 4 years ... this is the right time for me to get lucky.

 

HaHa Yes, its about time now. At least now I know what to aim for.

 

Anything is possible with a good tank.

Assuming that you don't have any speed lines on your bow, each 1.6% speed from the knowledge points gives you approximately 0.0133 speed.

 

From his videos, it seems he runs with a Spellweaver (snowbunny I think it was?) pretty regularly. I find I do more damage consistently if I can take a shot and limit the amount of running around trying not to die.

But yes, a good tank is awesome to play with, which is why I pester Cazic to group with me whenever I can .

 

Yes... I am a very good tank. I can only take one hit and I die.

 

Sharing my stats... any advice is welcome.
Although, I'm not really thinking about improvements nowadays.

With the announcement about crafting 2.0, your dream is on the verge of turning into reality . Items on my wish list are 2xdmg and 2x%dmg bow and 4xspeed gloves.
I have already started collecting items as low as greens. XD

 

It will take ages to get the right item from green to legen

image you want a 4 times speed glove , then you will have to

1)Find 4 greens with just speed
2)Craft blue till you get the 2nd enchantment as speed (as only 1 enchantment will get copied)
3)Craft 3 more such blues(with 2 speed enchantment on them)
4)Now use these blues to craft an exo till you get the third enchantment on it as speed
5)Craft 3 more such exo
6)Craft a legend till the fourth line is speed

Also as the enchantment type and value both will be copied from of the incredient's enchantments (well this is what i concluded from the statement x random enchantments from the ingredients) you have to ensure the values are all decent aswell.


Be prepared from the ultimate green item and gold grind fest and also we need more inventory space for such crafting

 

Well if reverting the crafting process is possible then I think its worth it. I do know that it takes 64 green items to make one legendary item but if I get a good blue or pink item with desirable stats then it would drastically reduce the number.
I'm not sure about it but I'm assuming that only the enchantment type will be taken from the ingredients but the final product will have random value of the random enchantment type selected from the ingredients.

If you read closely , you'll see that it will pick random enchantment(s) not just the enchantment type(s). Atleast that's what the sentences i marked in the above quoted post means.

 

With crafting 2.0 my dream got bigger ... My aim now is +30% attack speed and +85% weapon damage

 

The only thing I've found with regards to that is +30% attack speed. It's crazy how easy it is for the other 3 classes to get big % damage lines on weapons. I swear critical hit rate has a higher chance on ranger weapons than the other classes .

 

9 out of 10 bows got crit. hit enchantments XD

 

This is what I'm working with these days. Best I can find out of 100's of bows.

 

BTW ... I forgot to mention ... short bows are having higher chance of getting higher %weapon damage than longbows ... which is sad knowing that %weapon damage is not that good option for shortbows because of the lower base stats.

 

Wisdom, Speed bonus on Weapon Adornment, Sapphires, Gloves, Set Bonus...
There are many more but I do not know them.

 

I would only go 1x Speed, to not sacrifice as much damage. Otherwise sounds pretty solid to me.

My little F2P 4-Month-Old. He is not that good I know, but he is improving. Any suggestions very welcome. Keep in mind I have him for PVP , and so I have no desire to level.
