Announcement Social Server Issues 24-27th April & New Event Runtime

    Hello Heroes,

    Tegan, Grimmag, Heredur – Social Server Issues
    On Friday evening the social server of the above mentioned instances caused issues. It died and failed to restart on its own. Our developers fixed and restarted the individual social servers of the instances three times but these solutions were only short term as the social servers have a deeper rooted problem.

    The team is currently still investigating – we apologise for the inconvenience caused. As compensation we are extending the runtime of the event, and this also means that the #4 Dragan Mini Challenge is extended. It ends the same time when the event ends.

    Curse of the Black Knights: Rage of Dragan
    The event will not end on the 27th anymore but instead on the 28th of April.
    Also – the times for the New Moon have changed for some instances, please check.
    We are extending the event because of the social server issues.

    Hello Heroes,

    A quick update for you: The developers have created a mechanism that restarts the social servers automatically if they get stuck or fail. However, this is only a safety net. The real cause for the instability of the social servers on Heredur have yet to be confirmed.
