I would like to know from the players how they find the drop rate this year. Our guild notices a drastic decrease in the drop of brushes that is not at all close to that of last year. Of course, if things stay like this I think everyone will stop looking for them.

 

Well I killed the Boss 14 times and got 4 Brushes.. I enjoy these yearly events but when they can be completed in under 10 hours I'm then left with no reason to play.. consider increasing the progress bars next year..

 

No brush, no idea how many times I tryed ( solo, group, different mods) so maybe next year

Last year, zero brushes, this year, zero brushes...
I just don't know why I have to give a decade of my life for what someone else gets in a day...
And I can't find an answer for someone who has all five, what motivates them to come to the event after that?
My event rating is the same as the number of brushes I have!

 

Stealing all the brushes offcourse !
! allready have 1 extra incase I can use them for painting my pets/mounts

 

Well I got 2 of mine from the 1000 andermants chest from Premium NPC in KH. 2 from the Season Event.. 1 from last Season and one from this Season.. and the 5th from the Spring event NPC.. so all you have to do is buy them with diff currencies.. it's 2000 Season Coins for 1 Brush, 999 Community Coins for 1 Brush.. 1000 andermants for 1 chest for a % chance you get a brush.. I bought a total of 15 chests to get 2 Brushes.. and motivation for me is I enjoy in completing every event that comes to DSO.. it's all part of what keeps me playing DSO.. if we all got everything the first time something new was added then the game wouldn't be fun.. it's all about the grind and yes sometimes that takes several years to get 5/5 runes or a weapon.. but that's what I enjoy and why I been playing for 13+ years..

 

He seems like a troll to me

here you say you killed 14 bosses and got 4 brushes which seems quite impossible to me
I consider it more of a joke for the 99.99% of players who find 1 in 2000 runs

Here instead, which is more plausible, you say you made the 5 runes using Emilia's chests (2 with 15 boxes, which is also strange because I accumulated 200 and opening them all together I found nothing), buying them with 2000 seasonal coins and 1 with 999 community coins

I personally bought 2 for 999 coins each (2024 and 2025)
and 2 with the seasonal coins I accumulated by buying the 5k andermants chests (method I also use for the summer runes).
In the end it is easier to farm andermants than killing Daran

 

Yes and I still got 4 other Brushes this year after I acquired 5/5 runes.. the Brushes do drop it's just RNG we all know this.. it really doesn't matter how many times you kill a Boss or run a map if your lucky then your lucky.. just like the Thunder weapon took me 4 years to get then once I did 3 more dropped the next year.. and honestly I could care less who believes what I post or don't I'm just stating how I acquire items and how often.. calling me a Troll just because I have better luck then you seems a bit over the top.. I feel sorry for you if this is how you run your life..
