Announcement Support Maintenance - 25.02.2020

    Dear Heroes,

    As previously announced here, we are performing an upgrade on our support system, in two different sessions, which require maintenance / downtime. The first one took place on the 28th of January, and the second part will take place tomorrow.

    Tomorrow, the 25th of February 2020, support will be under the second maintenance, between 7 am CET (UTC+1) and 6 pm CET (UTC+1).

    During the maintenance you will be able to send tickets, but:
    1. You will not receive an auto-reply e-mail as confirmation;
    2. We will be unable to answer your tickets.

    Nothing will be lost, however. Once the maintenance is over, you will receive the confirmation e-mail, and the support teams will be able to start answering your inquiries.

    We apologise for the inconvenience caused and we appreciate your patience during these delays.
