    Dear Heroes of Dracania,

    Due to a technical issue from one of our service providers, our support tool was not able to receive any requests yesterday, January 13th 2016, from 08:51 am to 11:35 am CET (UTC+1). This means that if you submitted a support request within this time frame and you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, your inquiry has not reached us.​

    We kindly ask you to resend your inquiry if you have submitted a ticket within the times mentioned above, and you have not received the confirmation, then we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
