    Dear Heroes of Dracania,

    Due to technical difficulties, it won’t be possible to attend in a timely manner your requests through the ticket and Customer Support teams during this weekend. One of our customer care tools is presenting some problems and this may result in a small delay of the tickets that rely on that tool for their resolution.

    On the other hand, we have found an issue with the Viper Pauldrons (Dragonknight item) and the Snake Pauldrons (Steam Mechanicus item). If you had these prior to release 159 you may have notice their disappearance in your inventory. Please rest assured that at the moment we are investigating the problem and will update you with more information as soon as we have it.

    We thank you for your patience and offer our apologies for the inconveniences caused.
