Bug The scroll does nothing!

    Hello!
    I can't enter the Torn Cardhun !!!
    I became level 50 and received an Enchanted Scroll! He should be on his way to the Torn Cardhun, but he's not taking me there! I got the quest in which I have to go to the intermediate worlds through the enchanted scroll! The scroll does nothing! How should I enter the Intermediate Worlds then?
