    There is a problem with shipping
    When this is possible
    So the shipping method and shipping methods from one country to another completely different from the other
    I sent a message to support but they told me
    We can not activate this, as the state is shown by the place where it is automatically, thank you very much.
    And knowing that the state is not affected by the place in which I am

    I'm guessing the concern is that the account was created in one state/country and they can't buy something from another login location.
