    All travel merits home sweet home, on horse back, racing slippers maximum bonus is 25% at 12/15 skill points. if you maxed it out to 13/15 14/15 15/15 it doesn't give the additional 2%.

    On horse back now works fine. Will go up to 31% but home sweet home and racing slippers remains bugged at 25%
