Feedback Trouble loading game

Hello --

I've tried for two days to load the game but am encountering the same error. I've tried reinstalling as well.

The message I keep getting is "Failed to unpack downloaded file dro_client.exe. Failed to open target file."

You can try this procedure (Windows OS):1.Open your Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) 2.Select the Processes tab 3.Find and select dro_client 4. End dro_client 5. Restart the game. Alternative solution is launching DSO using IE11 with java plugin (www.java.com).
