Support were to get things after you buy from shop?

    So i just bought the 8500 special adament with a subway card.

    Were do you collect your item, is it a special screen or a mailbox to get the item?

    A box will fall on the left side of the screen with your purchase. Always watch when you make the purchase that you get a confirmation. A small text message that says "Purchase successfully booked" will notify you it went through. You may also see one saying "Unsuccessfully booked" that tells you it did not go through.
