why cant go online [Heredur connection issues]

    why cant go online ?? after click server then appear is ERROR??

    Please can you tell us which server you're having issues logging into?
    If its heredur, it may just be overloaded, and will take a few attempts to get on due to the event starting the server will be busy.

    i have problems with Heredur.. when i go in event or i change my location every timme i get kicked and the says connection failed ..6 times at 1 hour

    i am currently unable to connect to heredur, managed to get in once, but my gnome storage was all messed up, very big boxes. then I got dc after I tried to switch maps, this is 10th attempt to log back on. still no luck

    kept getting a msg last week that said I needed to download the game, wouldn't let me use the browser on the laptop, still wont let me use the browser... still unable to connect...

    I have the same problem, every time i try to change the scenery or teleport i get disconnected. And it takes forever to log again

    Why BP don't buy a new Server..Heredur have the greatest community and we can't play!!! Damit! :/
    All times same thing Server Crush for the ignorance that BP show to the community ...
    i have suggest this a long time ago ,this server need to be changet to a biger one or Delete all low lvls accounts that stop playing more then 6 mounths ago to clear sam useles File ....
    No one listen ..BP care onli about Mony if the game worcks at minimal is ok for them...

    Samone can realy suggest to BP to get us a bigger server,maby they get more mony from the new players that are traing to play this game. ...

    how can speak owner in this server why she/he not fix this?!
    that right all low level character or account here not active 6months-1yrs delete all.. and make big server coz many players play in herudur server
