Ok so the wisdom tree got changed a year back. And After being lv 200 for like 7-8 months, i would like to adress some things that never got fixed/changed.

First: we have useless points, and essentialy after lv 180 u can say you are maxed in terms of usefull stats.
Second: why dont we have a movement speed outside in urban areas. Even if the maxed version is 10% its still great. Far better than the movement speed in town or teleportation to urban areas speed ( which is complete garbage since we all use world map anyway).

Three: Why are some of the passives in the "combat category" so useless class wise. The first example i can show is http://prntscr.com/o5djpg . This is useless for endgamers , for starters. And has absurdly long cooldown. Im fine with it having 300second IF i can share it with other players. Rangers Dks and Dwarfs will love it combined with the 15% from the group passive.
Or just flat out make its cooldown 30 seconds. I just dont see thins ever being usefull. You blow it at the start of the map and its gone for the whole run.
http://prntscr.com/o5dkt6 This one falls under the same category. Why does it even exist. Its basically useless. If im under 33% hp, im gonna die if im on inf 3 /4. You dont need more mana on lower mods so , the place where u need this is the place where this doesnt work. So this should be completely changed.
Also this on http://prntscr.com/o5dlim. Make it % of the max hp. Even if its a low percentage it will be still usefull.

Fourth: http://prntscr.com/o5dmjl this has been bugged for quite some time. It has a short cooldown which is not mentioned anywhere. Nerf the % remove the cooldown or make a marker for the cooldown on the rightside of the screen near the Infernal debuff.

Same should go for hangman's pride.

Edit: And yes, out those "combat" talents only "second chance" is useful (for all classes the same). Out of the other two, both are useless for mage, one is useless for ranger and the other is almost 100% useless, same goes for DK, and both are very useful for dwarf, meaning he's that only one that really has a choice there.

One of the rangers is actually good and can give u more dps if u dont need free revive. While Dks can be used for defence on bosses if u are 2h . Ifu survive a stunning hit from lets say Herald,Heredur freeze. I think it can be used t osome degree.

Actually lifetime thief is pretty amazing for mages in combo with a lot of mana. You get to kill a lot of mobs and constant cooldown reduction. It doesnt really decrease the cd / kill because the % is quite low. It kinda builds up till it can take 1 or a few seconds off at once. Hence the 'cooldown on lifetime thief' experience.
Lots of mana, many kills, 2 or 3 seconds off of teleport, which is more mana and restart cycle. Works well in inf3 and 4 maps, except bossrooms.

I agree on the 300 sec cooldown skills. it s ridiculous. I dont make use of them. They should be changed to at least 60 seconds.

it has a mini cooldwon built . u cant proc it on lets say 5 mobs if u kill em all . It procs only once
