Wonky maths

    I have picked up several items today where the individual characteristics do not add up to the total, e.g. "7 damage, (5, 3)". Something is not adding up correctly....

    Everything is good and correct:) it happens cos' it's perhaps for example (5.0) and (2.9) so not exactly 8 therefore it shows as 7:) Welcome to our wee magical system:) Enjoy!:)

    Except that 5.0 and 2.9 add up to 7.9 which would round up to 8.
    More likely it is something like 4.6 (rounds to 5) and 2.6 (rounds to 3), and those add up to 7.2 which rounds down to 7.

    Another way to see this better is to unequipped the item that it being compared against so that it just lists the stats instead of trying to add them up for you.
