xp table / explanation

    as long as i've played this game i still not sure the xp ratio in this game.
    i know they revamped it long ago but still never fully explained it.

    so questions like i need to optimize my grinding .. what lvls should i be fighitng.
    i know have to be within 5. but do i get more for higher lvl mobs or certain range closer to my lvl ?

    yes i know faster i kill the faster i get xp but still would like to know the ratios.

    yes party members affect it too. but dont know what or how that is too.

    so can anyone give us a FULL explanation of the xp table or point me where it is???
